30-day returns

• Unopened devices: full refund within 30 days of delivery
• Opened but faulty devices: free replacement or refund within 14 days
• Original packaging and accessories should be included where possible

How to start a return

Head to your account dashboard, select the order, and choose "Start a Return." We'll email a prepaid shipping label within minutes.
